How long does a spray tan last?
A.It varies person to person. But with the proper skin care, a spray tan can last for up to 7 days.
How do I prepare for a Spray tanning?
A.For best results, exfoliate before your session and focus on the driest areas — elbows, knees, hands, feet and the backs of your ankles. Don’t use moisturizers unless they are specifically formulated for sunless tanning (i.e., oil-free).
What should I wear?
A.For best results, wear dark loose-fitting clothing and nail polish. Avoid wearing tight clothing and shoes such as boots, socks or tights, which may rub off some of the spray tan and cause uneven results.
How long should I wait before showering after spray tanning?
A.Avoid showering for at least 4 hours. For best results avoid showering for 24 hours.
What should I avoid after spray tanning?
A.-Bathing: At least 4 hours.
-Activities that make you sweat heavily: At least 4 hours.
-Chlorine: Swimming in chlorinated pools will quickly break down your spray tan. We suggest avoiding entirely, if possible.
How often should I spray tan?
A.It depends on the individual and how you maintain your spray tan.
Can I wear my makeup to my appointment?
A.Best to a void wearing perfumes, deodorant or makeup that can create a barrier for absorption.
When should I shave before my appointment?
A.You can just stick to your preferred shaving routine before you spray tan. However, for best results after your spray tan, we recommend waiting to shave for at least 4 hours. However if you can wait, we recommend to shave 24 hours after your tan.
